Waiting for my support worker who should've arrived 10 minutes ago.

I know they currently have staff issues but come tf on, every week some aspect of the shifts goes wrong and I can't take much more of this! And what's worse is that the proper manager's on annual leave till next week, and social flaming services won't talk to me.
