oh dang, i hate IVs too

they just hurt so much going in and you basically lose like half of your movement in that arm because you don't want it to bend or pull too much Dx

exactly!

also, i have a little fun working in the yard

mostly i get excited when i see honeybees like my flowers or a turtle friend stops by to say hello and lay some eggs

but also the work in the yard is hard and hot, so it tires me out fast

Before the dishes started to die we'd have ducks hide and lay eggs it's fun to watch. There is a possum next door and a deer as well thst eat from there bird feeders.

I'll have to post pictures I have all types. Cardinals, different sparrows a rabbit we call the Mexican rabbit because it eats hot peppers which is weird since they hate hot things. We had to di a fence around the garden it would get in and eat anything it could reach. It stood up tall like a mix of legs of a jack rabbit. Once built the next in thr front yard, then in a barrel, then in the garden. I thought it was mice but nope rabbit and those things are really fast as kids like crazy.

  Spoiler:
Image

been starting to walk more
i loathe cardio, but i really need to work on it for my health

been keeping steady on my book goals for the year
since i wanted to read at least 45, i have been trying to finish one a week, knowing eventually there would be times i would be busy and not get to one
and happy to say we are in week 24, almost 25 and i have read 25 books!
got a few chunkier ones to start weaving in too, so might start slowing a bit

Nothing wrong with Dancercise!

Seriously. Stick some music on, and dance your socks off for 10 to 15 minutes. It will do you a world of good.

Now that the weather is starting to settle down, I'll be out in the garden swinging some swords. Practicing the Meyer Square for 10 minutes will get me a bit breathless and build a bit of bulk on my shoulders.

Also, starting work has increased my step count considerably, and I have lost about 14 lbs since Feb, and probably about an inch off my waist.
To those just starting on the journey of life I say...
Bang your own drum. Walk your own path. Live wildly. Love fiercely.
As you near the end, look back with no regrets.
