What's a good fairly cheap Printer to get that also does scanning/copying?

Above.

I need a new Printer, preferably also a scanner/copier, my current one is an HP Envy 6270 and the sodding thing's almost never worked since I bought it for work in 2023.

And before you ask, I did ask work if it was possible to get one on expenses, but they said no.

I've looked on Amazon, according to a post on Reddit, Brother ones are good but when I looked on Amazon they're prohibitively expensive.

HELP!

They have Printers in North America and I have used Google.

I don't beee-lieve it!

Brother is a good brand. The price isn't bad if you don't need colour printing. If you go too cheap, you'll have to deal with the annoyance of having a cheap printer. HP and Canon are decent if you don't mind the constant babysitting.
I rarely have to print anything at home and if I need colour prints I just get it as a service because it's cheap and more sensible than buying a printer.

What are you printing to justify having a printer? Would help to know when recommending a printer.

Black and white would suffice, it's mainly documents such as transcripts from YouTube.
