Not sure if it counts, but I've been in love with Chun Li's stage theme in all the Street Fighter games since SF II Turbo on the SNES 31 years ago.

Having just watched episode 2 of "Raven of the Inner Palace" I am really taken with the ending theme.

I can't find a clean version at the moment, but I will post it when I find it.

Xxxholic ending 1 - fun ending from Buck-Tick, with Maru and Moro playing air-guitar and later joined by Mokona on air-drums.

There is so many so it's realy hard to narrow it down, but I'll try.
#1Silhouette - Kana-Boon (Naruto Shippuuden), best opening in terms of beying opening. You can apply it on pretty much any show as many proved on youtube. My fav is blue bird song.
2# Zankoku na Tenshi no Teze (NGE) Do I really need to explain? Even JSDF plays it.
3# Fanfare - Sumika (Kimi no Suizou wo tabetai) I would much prefer this to be towards the end of the movie then as an opening, cause you know and if you don't, watch the movie.

+anything by Kisida Kyodan and the Akeboshi Rockets
And I know Renai Circulations is more like meme at this point, but I have to smile every time listening to it.
