I wouldn't drink rain water so I probably wouldn't eat snowballs.

But it would work. You can get the syrup at Smart and Final. And paper cones ofc

Only if the mou trains not been touched by humans. I mean alpine glacier waters supposed ti be the coldest and clearest.
